This made me want to bust out the ol' NES and play some MM3. Those sprite movies that all use MM charcters just make me want to never look at the games again.
Nice job. May I suggest some selectable music, and more detail on the parts that aren't covered by [armour?]. (i.e. upper arm, upper leg, etc)

Good concept
I used to be a bit of a trekkie, so I can offer you some advice.
If you're making it for "hard-core" fans, put the real names of the ships. ("Klingon bird-of-prey" rather than "klingon ship" etc.)
Other than that, spruce up the background, or make the pictures full-screen, so it looks better.

Very nice.
Graphics were good, hit detection was good, sounds were appropriate, and I liked the stats at the end that allow you to try and beat your own best time. Only thing I can suggest is to make it longer, and have some sort of on-screen indication when you are shot, just so you know.

It's odd, I was just thiking the other day that I hadn't seen a "Simon" clone on here yet.

Apart frrom the the speed, which could have been faster, excellent work.
Kinda easy
The game was good, I especially like the bat-shaped blocks, and that little *poof* that comes out of the paddle. (Easily amused)
I would suggest sound, and either making the ball faster, or switching to keyboard contrrol so the paddle moves slower. (So it's harder)
It's a commercial
Well, aside from the fact that it's a commercial, the animation looks good. My only concern is that the lazer-beams on sticks at the end there have little or nothing to do with the rest of the "cartoon", or the business it promotes. If said business is an eatery. Maybe you could have the info arise out of one of those metal serving dishes with the lids, instead of lasers. It makes more sense.
I expect this will get blammed. And it's a shame, because the animation was talented. Submit something uun-commercial next time, and I'm sure people will like it.
Best game yet
This is hands-down, the best thing I've seen on newgrounds, game or otherwise.
If there was a higher grade than 10 in style, i'd be all over that.

Good job. Not difficult or anything, but a pretty solid concept. One critisism- there's nothing from stopping you from driving from LA to new york in the plane, and avoiding the whole "hassle" of flying. A barricade or something would have increased the challenge a bit.
